Workshops at Wyken

We are delighted to be running a series of workshops at Wyken alongside our Exhibition of sculpture and paintings.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION - YOUR MOBILE!

All workshops run from 2 - 3:30pm at Wyken Hall Gardens (apart from 25th June). 

Please arrive by 1.45pm to the garden gate entry - your ticket covers garden entry.

Please bring a fold-up chair or rug to sit on.

21st of May – Garden Notes with Artist in Residence, Brigitte Girling

Join us for an afternoon of relaxed drawing in the garden inspired by nature with resident artist and floral designer Brigitte Girling. Sketchpads and pencils will be provided. All abilities are welcome. 'No rubbing out, no worrying that it is ‘wrong’. Just being in the moment'.

10th June – A Walk with the Head Gardener, Pippa Green

Join experienced Head Gardener Pippa Green for an inspiring garden walk in the glorious grounds of Wyken Hall talking about the design, annual maintenance, plant varieties and answering your gardening question...

17th June – Summer Herbs and Vegetables to Grow

Be inspired about summer vegetable and herb growing and preparing your harvests with charity Founder and ex-horticultural teacher, 'The Grower 'Belinda Gray.

6th June – An Afternoon of Mixed Media ART with Lucy Perry

An en-plein-air art workshop of drawing, pastels and other mediums in the gardens with talented artist and teacher.

25th June – Floral Inspiration with Victoria from Meadowpatch

Victoria Wyn Peacock is a floral designer and green-fingered inspirational founder of her successful family business The Meadowpatch! Come and share in her passion for cut flowers, be inspired by her arrangements and see what is growing in Summer in the glorious gardens of Wyken Hall.
